INSTRUCTIONS
1. Trace child’s hands on the black paper with the white crayon.
2. Spread glue all over the traced hand and let the children place
Q-tips all over their handprint, where their bones would be.
3. Explain to the children what an ‘X-ray’ is and why doctors use
them!

- DOCTOR’S SUPPLIES (COTTON BALLS, BAND-AID, Q-TIPS, POPSICLE STICK, MEDICINE BOTTLE, ETC.)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut out a ‘doctor’s kit’ shape out of the paper.
2. Get all the different doctor supplies you can find in the house and
glue them onto the doctor kit paper to create your very own kit.
3.Play ‘doctor’ with the kit and talk through why we use each item.

1. Add all items into bin and let the children play!
2. Encourage them to pick up and fill the cups and bowls to
work on hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Write a thank-you note with the children for their family
doctor! Talk to the children about how amazing it is to be
able to have doctors that take care of us and make us feel
better. Give the card to your child’s mom to remember to give
to their doctor on the next appointment

rectangular cracker.
2. Put a little drop of red jam in the middle of the cheese to

INSTRUCTIONS
Go to your local library and pick out all the children’s
books about our body! These books will help the
children learn their body parts, lungs, heart, bones, etc.
You can even read books about how to stay healthy!
Invite a friend with you to make it a playdate.
